Die Cutting & Creasing

We at P2 Finishing have Five Die Cutting machines to meet all you’re Die Cutting needs. 

Plant Machinery includes:

• Bobst Novacut 106 Flatbed Die Cutting Press
  Sizes – Min: 400 x 340mm
  Max: 760 x 1060mm
  Waste removal in line.  Centre Line & quick lock ensures quick setups..
• Two Heidelberg Cylinder die Cutters.
  Sheets sizes A5-B2.

   

• One Viking Press 1300 x 950 Platen Machine.

   

• And to finish off you’re die cutting to the Specifications you require, we have a Polar 76 EM Guillotine  Machine.

Embossing & Debossing can be completed on all five Die Cutting machines, a great way to enhance your product. All we require is a black & white PDF.

We have many in house dies that can be used;
e.g. Key Cards, Wallets, Folders (A5/A4), Capacity Folder/Wallets
