Window Patching

P2 Finishing have window patched on a Purple Magnet since 2008, since then we have updated this department with a state-of-the-art Heiber and Schröder Proliner Window Patching machine.

This two-lane window patching machine  makes larger formats possible. With a working surface of 1100mm it gives the flexibility to produce a variety of different products. Packaging that allows a glance at the content inside – everything is possible.

This Machine can apply flexible windows/Liners from a reel using Polyester/Acetate/Liner material/Bio Degradable film, breathable & fully compostable film (Ideal for the food industry), on many style cartons.

Our Highly skilled workforce has the ability to do complex & bespoke cartons to the highest standard required and expected from our customers.

Due to high demand on the market for Window Patched Cartons, In March 2018, P2 Finishing commissioned a New Hiber & Schroder Proliner 1,100 specifically designed to   work with a wide variety of Window patching Applications.
